1.  No Advice which against the interest of Income tax Department would be provided.
2.  No Advice pertaining to any case in which income tax department is a Party would be provided.
3.  Advice on Income Tax Law would be purely academic and without prejudice to anything detrimental to the interest of the
     Department of Income Tax or any Instrumentality of the Sate for whom we appear / work as advocates .
4.  Any academic opinion on Income tax Law will not be produced as coming from us even if it is not affecting interest of
      Income tax Department/any Instrumentality of the state, for whom we appear or work as advocates.
5.  In the event we feel that, any question conflicts our interest as advocate in any case, we reserve full right to decline to
     give any opinion on such matters.
6.  Although every attempt would be made to answer questions of category 1 & 2 in the above able within 72 hours we may
      say that in some cases it may require more time to give correct advice .
7.  for category 5 to 10 of the above table a time period of minimum of 7 days would be required or maybe little more to
      give proper results .

9.  There will be no refund of payment under any circumstances.
